With low-voltage pass-through plates at the top and bottom, the cables disappear behind the TV and reappear at the source. The result is a clean wall with a TV and soundbar that look planned into the room.

Running cables inside a wall takes planning. Low-voltage signal cables like HDMI need to be routed carefully around obstructions in the wall without kinking or damaging the cable. The access holes have to be cut cleanly and placed so the pass-through plates sit flush, and the cable lengths have to be planned so there is enough slack to service the equipment later.
