Your Questions, Answered

General Service

Yes — someone 18 or older needs to be present. We confirm exact TV placement and height with you before drilling anything and do a final walkthrough before we leave.

Most standard drywall mounts take 30–60 minutes. More complex jobs — above a fireplace, in-wall wire concealment, brick or tile installations, or home theater setups — can take 2–4 hours. We give you a realistic timeframe upfront.

Yes, frequently. If you submit your estimate request in the morning and approve it quickly, same-day scheduling is often possible. The faster you respond to the estimate, the better your chances of getting on today’s schedule.

We serve Austin and surrounding suburbs including Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Lakeway, Westlake Hills, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs, Kyle, and Buda. Drop us your zip code if you’re unsure.

Yes. Fully insured and operating professionally in the Austin market for 13+ years.

Yes — offices, restaurants, bars, waiting rooms, retail spaces, multi-TV setups, and video walls. Contact us to discuss scope and pricing.

Pricing

Pricing depends on TV size, wall type, wire concealment, and complexity. The fastest way to get an accurate number is to answer a few quick questions — we can usually send a pre-built estimate within minutes at no charge. Our average job is in the mid-hundreds.

Yes. These require specialty hardware and more labor. Send us a photo of your fireplace or wall and we’ll factor it into your estimate upfront — no surprises.

Not for Austin and most surrounding suburbs. For locations further out, we’ll let you know upfront if any charge applies.

All major credit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due upon completion.

Yes. TV purchase packages often include free installation and we regularly have Sonos bundle deals. Ask what’s current when you request your estimate.

Wall Types & Special Situations

Yes — one of our most requested jobs. We need a photo of your fireplace first to assess the surface type (drywall, brick, stone, or tile) and determine whether a standard tilt mount or a pull-down MantelMount is the best fit for comfortable viewing.

A MantelMount is a specialty bracket that lets you pull the TV down and forward when watching, then push it back flush to the wall when done. It’s ideal when your fireplace mantel is very high — it prevents neck strain and keeps picture quality optimal. We install these regularly.

Yes — we do this regularly. It requires a hammer drill and masonry anchors. Improper drilling can crack masonry or produce an unsafe installation, so professional installation is strongly recommended for these wall types.

Yes, but it’s one of the trickiest installations. Tile cracks easily with improper technique. We’ve completed hundreds of tile installations and take every precaution to protect the surface.

Not at all. Metal studs are common in condos, apartments, and commercial spaces. We use mounts and toggle bolt hardware specifically rated for metal stud spacing.

This happens in older homes and oddly framed walls. We have solutions including toggle bolt systems and blocking panels. We’ll assess the situation on-site and recommend the safest approach.

Yes. We offer outdoor TV installation and will recommend the right mount and weatherproofing setup for your specific space.

Wire Concealment & Cable Management

Yes — one of our most common add-ons. Two options: In-wall concealment runs wires inside the wall for a completely clean look (works on most drywall with wood studs). Surface raceways are plastic cable channels on the wall exterior — they work on any wall type including brick, concrete, and apartments.

Yes. Surface raceways are the rental-friendly solution — no cutting into walls required. They look clean and professional on any surface.

Not always. We use in-wall power extension kits that tap into an existing outlet — no electrician needed. If you need a brand new outlet installed, we can refer a licensed electrician.

TV Sales & Equipment

Yes — we’re an authorized dealer for Samsung, LG, and Sony. Many packages include free delivery and professional installation. Talk to us before you buy from a big box store — we often have better deals.

The Samsung Frame TV is designed to look like framed artwork when not in use — displaying art or personal photos in Art Mode with a matte, glare-free screen. Installation is more involved than a standard TV because the One Connect Box needs to be properly concealed. We specialize in Frame TV installations and do them regularly across Austin.

Yes — we’re an authorized Sonos dealer. We design, sell, and install full Sonos systems including the Arc and Beam soundbars, rear surrounds, and whole-home audio setups.

Yes. We mount your soundbar under or above the TV with clean cable management as part of the install.

Yes — basic device connection and setup is included. Everything is working before we leave.

Process & Logistics

Answer a few quick questions — TV size, fireplace yes/no, zip code, and timing. We send estimates within minutes. No in-home consultation needed for standard jobs.

Yes — we supply everything. If you already have a mount, let us know and we’ll use it if it’s the right fit.

No — we’ll handle it. For 75″+ TVs, having a second adult available to help lift is appreciated.

We’re fully insured and stand behind our work. If any issue comes up during or after the installation, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Yes — dismount and remount services are available. Common when moving, repainting, or swapping out a TV.

Almost certainly not. After 13+ years and thousands of Austin installations, we’ve seen every wall type, room layout, and scenario imaginable. Just describe your situation and we’ll tell you exactly what’s needed.

A professionally mounted TV is far safer than one on a stand — it can’t tip over, it’s out of reach of kids and pets, and professional-grade mounts are rated for many times the TV’s weight. We’ve never had a TV fall from one of our installations.
