Here is a recent TV mounting Enfield Austin job by Bat City TV. Enfield is a historic central Austin neighborhood of 1920s and 1930s homes along Enfield Road between MoPac and Clarksville, with wide front porches and mature live oaks. Living rooms here are often generous and built around a tile fireplace. When an Enfield homeowner reached out to Bat City TV about a Samsung Frame TV for their tile fireplace wall, they wanted an 85-inch Frame supplied by us, a Sonos soundbar to match, and the wiring hidden inside the wall.

The install was an 85-inch Samsung Frame TV supplied by Bat City TV and installed above a tile fireplace, with a Sonos soundbar mounted below and the wiring routed through the wall. We mounted the Frame on the No-Gap Wall Mount, using hardware suited to the wall behind the tile surround. The Sonos soundbar sits on a dedicated mount below the Frame at a height that works for the room, and the power, HDMI eARC, and One Connect cabling was fished through the wall cavity and finished cleanly behind both units. The Frame ended up in art mode above the fireplace with the wiring out of sight inside the wall.

An 85-inch Samsung Frame is a big install, and the size matters. The panel is heavy, and the mount sits high above the fireplace, so each decision is made carefully and in order. The No-Gap Wall Mount has to be anchored with hardware suited to the wall, because the combined weight of an 85-inch Frame is significant and the leverage at that height adds load. The in-wall cable run for the Frame’s One Connect system and the Sonos audio connection is planned as a complete route before anything is drilled.

As an authorized Samsung and Sonos dealer, Bat City TV can handle the whole job from purchase to installation, and the Enfield install is an example. We can supply Samsung Frame TVs and Sonos soundbars, as well as Samsung and LG TVs. Enfield neighbors in Clarksville, Tarrytown, Pemberton Heights, Bryker Woods, and Old West Austin are all in our central and west Austin service area.
