Here is a recent Sonos Arc Ultra install Great Hills Austin job by Bat City TV. A Great Hills homeowner contacted Bat City TV about installing a new 65″ Samsung TV over their tile fireplace and adding a Sonos Arc Ultra soundbar mounted directly below it.

The setup was a 65″ Samsung TV mounted over a polished tile fireplace, with a Sonos Arc Ultra soundbar mounted to the wall directly below the TV. Bat City TV supplied the Arc Ultra and brought it to the install, so there was no separate shopping trip or coordinating with multiple companies. We drilled the tile carefully, mounted the low-profile TV mount flush, then mounted the Arc Ultra below it, spaced and leveled. The Arc Ultra is a Dolby Atmos soundbar, and paired with the Samsung over the fireplace, the setup looked like a home theater installation rather than a TV mounted to a wall.

Two things take care on this kind of install. First, mounting a TV over a tile fireplace means drilling in the right spot, since a cracked tile can be costly and slow to replace. Second, adding a soundbar below the TV means a second set of anchor points in the same fireplace surround, with the two pieces lined up vertically so the composition looks right. We pre-marked the anchor points and checked the spacing before drilling. The Arc Ultra connects to the TV via HDMI eARC.
