The Sonos Beam sits on a low-profile shelf below it, wired directly into the Sony for real dialogue clarity outdoors, not the tinny sound built into any flat-panel.

Stone anchoring is its own discipline: we set masonry-rated anchors directly into the fireplace stone to carry the mount’s swing arm, not just surface-mounted lag bolts. And because this Sony and Sonos gear are built for indoor use, we only run this setup on a fully covered, recessed patio, protected from direct rain and sun, with every cable connection sealed against Austin humidity.
